CADstream's application for breast MRI was designed for standardized, efficient analysis, reporting and interventional planning. Clinicians customize CADstream to their breast MRI workflow needs.
Workflow preferences can include CADstream's general study processing features such as:
- Automated 2D/3D adaptive image registration
- Subtraction images
- Multiplanar reformatting
- Angiogenesis Maps and curves
- Maximum intensity projections (MIPs)
- Volume data
- Patient monitoring capabilities
- Portfolio for reporting and SureLoc® for interventional guidance
The breast MRI application also includes a customizable BI-RADS-centric (American College of Radiology's Breast Imaging Reporting and Database System®) user interface that accommodates a variety of user experience levels and promotes interpretation and reporting standardization.
In the July 2007 issue of Radiology, researchers at the University of Washington and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance reported that CADstream may improve standardization, and assist in the analysis of benign and malignant lesions of the breast. Click here to read more on research.
CADstream was recently named the standard in care by Frost & Sullivan.
Prostate MRI Application

Peer-reviewed research increasingly supports the clinical use of MRI studies of the prostate due to awareness that early detection will lead to long-term survival rates. MR imaging is emerging as an important tool for the noninvasive evaluation of prostate cancer demonstrating improved sensitivity for staging and determining extent of disease. Prostate MRI also enables the physician to target more precisely for biopsy planning.
CADstream's application for the prostate is designed to customize to the way clinician's evaluate their studies.
Workflow preferences can include CADstream's general study processing features such as:
- Automated 2D/3D adaptive image registration
- Subtraction images
- Multiplanar reformatting
- Maximum intensity projections (MIPs)
- Alignment of T1 and T2 Images
- Coil artifact removal
- Color overlays
- Portfolio for reporting
